Shipping Policy and Costs

What are your shipping costs?

We primarily use the US Postal Service for most shipping needs. Shipping and Handling Fees are based on the order sub-total (before applicable taxes).

$0.01 to $49.99, $6.95
$50.00 to $74.99, $9.95
$75.00 to $99.99, $12.95
$100.00 and up, FREE!

How soon will my order be processed?

We will do our best to process your order within 24-48 hours. If, however, we see there is going to be a delay we will promptly let you know the status of your order and our plan to get your fabric to you as soon as possible.

Fabric Quantities and Samples

What's the minimum yardage I can purchase?

Our online system is set up to process a minimum of 1/4 yard of each piece of fabric ordered. For in-store purchases, fabric is sold in 1/8th yard increments.

Can I get samples of the fabrics I'm interested in?

We're happy to send you a small swatch of any of the fabrics we carry. Please provide your name, address and selected design information (pattern name, manufacturing information, color, etc) in an email to info@paisleypatchquilts.com. We'll send them out as soon as possible.

Return Policy

What is your return policy?

Uncut, unwashed fabric and other non-fabric items may be returned with receipt within 14 days after purchase for in-store credit only.

What are your store hours?

As an online retailer, it would seem that we're open whenever anyone else is, right? But, contrary to the song, it isn't 5:00 everywhere at the same time. However, we are happy to hear from you based upon Mountain Time (MT) hours:
